Bad claims experience

King price is very unprofessional,they don't keep their promises.they took my car over a week ago to do an assessment but no one is getting back to me with feedback,they promised to finalize my claim on monday still didnt even bother to call me,when i call in to follow up on my claim ,they always say the person who's supposed to help u is busy we will calk you back but nothing.akk they want is your money but when its their turn yo help you they give u a run around..i wish i was insured with another company
