Bad bad service from king price

My 1st claim since I have been with king price for months, years. A minor accident that I experienced they want to write my car off they say the assessment report came back en say my car parts are expensive and second hand part are hard to find therefore my car has been declared a write off.

The frastration am going through its a lot, I just don't understand why would you pay insurance every month and at the end of the day they don't deliver as they promise. I mean why would the insurancer insure your car if they are aware that the parts of that car are expensive or hard to find. King price is ripping people off. The only thing they rush to is to debit money. I would edge everyone who is with them to withdraw otherwise you will cry tears.

Their service is bad, they don't phone to follow up with their clients I regret from the day I signed up with them.
