Bad bad service
I'm very angry and disappointed at King price insurance. They promised speedy response.now I'm on the 3rd week of my claim still going back and forth. They Trying to find fault where isn't. Coming up with stories that my OB number from the police does not exist when they did not call the relevant police station to confirm. I sent them a copy and they did not even apologize for lying. Please help with further steps that I should take. Eg lawyers or ombudsman south africa please help these people are taking advantage of me
