Bad Bad, customer feedback, no feedback paid excess still waiting

I have been waiting for a month now on my glass replacement - the service provider gives no feedback I phone them everyday, the they say they will get feedback. The rain is damaging a brand new car now, and I will keep King Price and the supplier liable for this, there has to be a temporary solution. I need my car to go to work and get home.
