BAD and pathetic service

I'm beyond disserponted in fact ..Iam in tears . The service I got from King Price broke me into pieces. I was left speechless.

I was in accident on the 26/06/2016 called them immediately that a car came crushing me from the back. They approved the Towing the car was taken into thier assessment yard my petrol was on half tank n it was only damaged @ the back bumper n rear left wheel cover . On the next day the guy that hit me from the back called in giving me the approval that I can claim from his insurance.

I called King Price to inform that they can release my car because the guy is willing to pay..it took them 6 days to release my car ...I was making calls directly to their towing branches because the claims department kept on sending me back and forth telling me that they are busy with other 100 cases I must be patient. I spoke to AJ and explained that the car must be released ASAP because they are delaying the 3rd party process . Finally Samantha assisted the car was released to the 3rd party insurance.

When the car arrived to the 3rd party insurance the petrol was drained to empty . I don't know why because the car it was not in a drivable state .The front part was damaged the was a piece hanging in the front. All the Towing tools were st********** from the spare wheel. Till today I'm still waiting for answers and I want my petrol to be reimbursed n my tools to be recovered
