Bad Administration
<p>On 26/04/17 I was constantly phoned by an agent regarding a Lightning Conductor Certificate, which was sent to King Price's Kerry Hayward on 1 Feb 2016. Due to bad administration on their side, I was informed by SMS that my building policy has been cancelled, because I haven't send the certificate to them. This is terrible King Price! I'm thinking of cancelling my policy altogether if you don't get your act together!!!</p>
