<p>Good Morning</p> <p>I moved from my insurance to King price on the 25 December 2016 and they Debited my primium and Joining fee and Pro-rata. They didn't tell me anout the pro-rata payment. I told him that as far as i know they were not supposed to debit the pro-rata cause according to me the insurance covers me from 25-25 cause i gave them permision to debit on the 25th of every month. I called him after those debits and he said the are not going to be able to pay me the pro-rata amount, they can pay back joining fees. He promised that i will get my money on the 31 of December even now am still waiting for my money. I called him in January idont know how many time and DOLOLO. Now his not answering my calls anymore.
