Back call center service.
Been member of STAGEN INSURANCE since 2013 before it was African bank,now KING PRICE took over with no formal communication , called KING PRICE call center was on hold for 37 minutes till opt call back service .it’s now five days still waiting for their CALL BACK service.this afternoon then called was again on hold for 45 minutes.service is bad.
