Today i log a claim for one wheel and on the basic excess on rim and Tyre is R250 Excess, however they said i should pay R1500 . So I asked the explanation via email but since this morning until waiting for the email

16 Apr 2025, 09:09The lady called me this morning but not to solve my problem as she only said she saw my email after four and this is how we ****med our clients by putting the Basic Excess price list .
Why you send me the policy with the Basic Excess price list but when I want to claim is when you tell me that Excess I'm not included ? Is that how you ****med me for all those years paying every month and only yesterday you said my Excess is R1500 but on the document you send in black and white said Tyre and Rim is R250
