I would hereby like to thank and congratulate King Price Insurance for the great service and quality agents they offer us their clients. I was very fortunate this morning when I contacted the call canter for changes and quotations I required on my policy with King Price Insurance, Brendon Louw answered my call and in my opinion was the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my life. He has an extremely helpful and thorough knowledge of your policies and handled all my requests with the utmost professionalism. All my policy changes which will change in January has already been put in place, furthermore he allocated qualifying discounts to my policy without me having to request them (That is how you create happy clients). In todays business world it was not only a huge surprize but also an extremely pleasant experience for me to deal with an agent such as Brendon.
