AWFUL INSURANCE!

I made a claim in March due to damage on my vehicle on the N4. Instead of investigating the crime scene, they chose to investigate me and gave me an ultimatum that I either provide them with confidential documents or I need to withdraw my claim.

I eventually withdrew my claim because I won’t be bul**** by an insurance and subsequent to that, I cancelled my policy with them. However, they lost my front bumper tow cover. I’ve asked them to deliver my front bumper tow cover about 3 weeks ago. Till now I’m still waiting! No updates or anything, they just don’t care!

Run away from this insurance! You can’t trust it!
