Awesomeservice- Lindokuhle

I recently took out insurance with King Price, on policy inception date I changed the vehicle on cover for a newer one. Details pertaining to my premium and pro-rata amounts were discussed, however King Price collected the amounts on 4 different payments. Needless to say I was very furious. Lindokuhle came to the rescue and explained in more detail why the payments were divided into 4, she also confirmed that the total amounts came up to the exact premium confirmed. As a gesture of good will she discounted the premium and updated my details. What a superstar!!!!!!!!!!
