Awesome service!

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with an Agent/Client Care Consultant by the name of Anri Louw who went out of her way to assist me with my policy changes - She is an excellent Agent and assisted me speedily and professionally.

As someone who has worked in the Insurance industry at many different levels for the last 10 years, I have seen my fair share of the best and the worst that Agents are capable of and I must say that my experience with Anri definitely falls into the some of the best experiences I have had in the last few years.

Thanks Anri for making the experience so easy and carefree*.

(NB* - You can always tell when someone is happy with the work they do by the very tone of their voices - If you smile over the phone, the Customer can sense it and this makes all the difference! - So don't stop smiling Anri because it will get you far in this game!)
