Awesome service!!!

I got car insurance from King price but then I cancelled it because I had returned the car back to the dealer as I was really unhappy with it. I then went to another dealer to get a 2014 version of the same car I had previously bought. I then called Jenny again to re-activate my policy. When i changed the details the premium went up but she made an effort to reduce it for me to a level that i am comfortable with.<br> <br> What i really love about Jenny is the fact that she made an effort to make sure that as a client she retains me and that I'm a happy client. I also love how friendly and kind she is. We need more people like this in customer services. I want king price to know that Jenny from retentions, is a very valuable employee & she added value to me as a client. I'd like for her to receive recognition.<br> <br> Thank you King price and thank you Jenny.
