Awesome service!!!

I called in to the call centre yesterday and I was still waiting till this afternoon for my copy of my policy schedule. I called again and had to redial numerous times cause I was cut off and then could not get through. I managed to speak to Keelarn and he immediately changed my mood from frustrated to totally impressed. His service and friendly attitude was phenomenal. He is a true asset! Thanks Keelarn!
