Awaiting feedback after car accident, shocking

I had an accident on the 3rd April with my vehicle and to date my vehicle is standing at the panel-beater, feedback received to date is that assessor report is still outstanding. It is almost a month with no vehicle and no finalization on my claim. The claims consultants are not providing me with acceptable feedback. How is this treatment TCF from a clients point of view. King Price Insurance company needs to get their act together and provide me with proper feedback and finalization on my claim. <br> The industry average for an assessment is two weeks and I have been waiting for almost a month now. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
