Avoid this insurance, poor customer service

Avoid King price by all means possible. My case with this company has been since March 2021, they say that *** will get back within 10 days, it's been 20 days, after escalation after escalation. I as the customer continuously have to phone after a company that requested My business. Poor service absolutely disgusted and disappointed.
