Automagic Silverton and King Price stuff up

My student son was involved in an minor accident with my 2005 Audi during November/December holidays driving at a stop and go into the back of a taxi. As the panel-beaters were closing they could only assist in January 2015. I took my cat to Automagic as instructed in January to repair the bonnet and replace the bumber. After a month I got my car back with fong kong bumper and the fog lights did not fit. I was told by the shop that the bumper was the only one approved by King price as my car was a 2005 model and that the parts would not fit and hold due to the cheap parts. Also some parts was missing and they try to convince me it was not there like the bottom plastic engine cover.So i took the car back and King Price agreed to replace the bumper with a better one. This has now been two to three weeks ago and I still do not have any transport. I had a rental but had to give it back when I went to fetch my car and now I am still without my car or transport. Phoned the repair and complaints department now for the past week and a half and now seems to care or assist with my problem. Got hold of Jean today that says I must give him until tomorrow at 09h00 to get feedback. Lets hope
