Authorisation of my claim for Donald Sonakile

On the 28/04/2015 while travelling from work, i had an accident near Ogies MP, i called my insurance to assist me but they told me that i have to pay for the towing from own pocket since i'm new customer and haven't paid my premium yet, i paid the towing company then later on requested my contract to check what is stated. It stated that in a case of an accident i will be required to pay an excess plus premium to be covered because i'm new. i called Tumelo the consultant who was assigned to me and send him emails on numerous occasions without his reply until i decided to go to G&J where my car is being fixed, they told me that they are waiting for authorisation from the insurance for about a month so that they can finish with my car.<br> <br> The insurance deducted funds twice from my account and this has confused me, i'm struggling to make movements and need it asap. i have tried to talk to them but i was send from pillar to post. Please assist me so that i can receive my vehicle and move on with my life. They have not delivered on the promises they made to me when offering me their service.
