Assistance with Claim
Bad customer service, I called to submit a claim, got cut off twice by two different consultants assisting me, even after I did verification, they couldn't call me back to continue with the claim, I went to the app registered the claim and requested for them to call me back still nothing after 24hours, emailed client care today 1:38pm, no feedback from them yet.
