Assessment on damages

My wife was in an accident on 18 June 2019 and we were informed that the turn around time for the assessment report was 7-10 days. We contacted the assesor (Brandon Mountjoy) and he arranged the same for the allocation of the assessment and for the costing to take place the very next day. He phoned me back within 2 days providing me with a full progress report. This is what I call exvellent service from an assessor. Thank you
