2 weeks after submitting a claim I was helped by Thabiso who was my assessor. He helped explain everything ( including the fine print or minor details). He returned my calls and emails ASAP. After submitting the documents required, the claim was approved. I’m happy with King price, though its been a month and the repairs are only being started now
