As the app was down for maintenance, I selected the call back option
As the app was down for maintenance, I selected the call back option. The consultant called very soon after my request and helped process the claim crwation swiftly and professionally. Assessors were appointed and they contacted me within the morning, with an appointment scheduled for the same afternoon. Their communication and follow up were swift, clear and effective.
