**** artist
Absolutely horrific company to deal with, they will catch you with affordable pricing in the beginning and then escalate your monthly premium dramatically and continuously for years. Their business model is based on people not paying attention to expenses with a fine toothed comb and not having time with daily schedules to deal with getting quotes from alternative company’s. They’re **** artist.

23 Jan 2024, 13:28Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month. Our retentions team will be in contact to discuss.

23 Jan 2024, 17:01i King Price, you have yet again wasted another 18 minutes with lies on your **** of a product. You have just proven that in 3 years of my car depreciating you have given me equivalent to TWENTY rands worth of savings per annum but then given me 70% (SEVENTY PERCENT) increase on my monthly amount. I am paying R1240.40 cents for a polo. I have not asked for a decrease for 3 years which you have clearly stated and now when I do ask my “new” offering is R0.01 (ONE CENT) less per month. You keep depreciation and cost of car materials seperate but all you do is profit off both leaving us as the consumer out of pocket. 5 YEARS not one single claim, not one payment missed and that’s what you do for clients, you just rob them like a common ***** that you are.
