Arrogant king price consultants calling me incessantly with a crazy demand!

Can someone at king price get your arrogant agents not to call me incessantly?

I've now been called 6X with the same crazy request.

The issue? My cover for Nov was rejected due to unavailable funds and the follow up debit order on 15 Nov as well. I called yesterday to try and make an arrangement which was declined unless it was on king price's terms.

I then advised the person I spoke to, the other 5 that called me as well as sent in a whatsapp note to cancel the cover.

Now, I am being called and instructed to speak to some senior consultant before the cover can be cancelled. Why? I have already advised you to cancel the cover.
