Arrogance of kingprice insurance on the aforementioned case(C*** v CKP***/2)

I would like to register my level of dissatisfaction about how Kingprice insurance is handling the aforementioned case. Since my car was bumped by their client on the 22 October 2019 till today they not come on board in terms of paying for the damages that have been caused by their client. I Want to state it categorically that if Kingprice insurance continue with their arrogance this will take us very far because i cannot be bul**** by them. They will pay a heavy price for this arrogance. I mean from October to date nothing has been done and all the evidencethey needed was provided to them by Miway insurance. Can kingprice insurance stop their arrogance and give this matter the attention it deserves please.
