ARE YOU PAYING OUT OR NOT? I WANT ANSWER

<p>Its amazing how quickly it is to be covered and debit orders to be made on your account yet when you lodge a claim you have to jump through hoops to get your payout. Claim lodged in January and its now March "still investigating" what nonsense is that? Company Assessors visit us set for hours of interrogation and making us feel small with his sarcastic comments and impression! I dont know if i was meant to be scared of the guy because even the questions posed could have been asked telephonically but still with that i cooperated. Now when im expecpecting to hear decision on my claim im told the location of incident is inconsistent with the damages to the vehicle, what the **** does that mean? it means we were never in accident so im a twisted person who damages car for fun? To top it all i have to pay another premium for a car thats in their possession! Clearly this insurances is designed to reep people off because they very good in sales but come crunch time and you need them they will go so hard looking for excuses to repudiat your claim. you cant even get hold of a manager but if you want to cancel the cover a manager will always be available to assist you so you can stay with them. Im utterly dissapointed with the way my claim was handled and i just need final decision. </p>
