Aqeeb Kumandan - Excellent Customer Service Ambassador for King Price Insurance!!
It was very fortunate when calling, to be able to interact with Aqeeb Kumandan for my claim enquiry. He went above and beyond to assist me, which I greatly appreciate, as I was very confused as to what to do and what the next steps must be. At one point I was considering also to cancel the insurance but because of his excellent customer service ethic I changed my mind. Keep up the good work Aqeeb and I hope your superiors appreciate an asset like you in their business. Thanks again.
