Appreciation for the service rendered

I’d like to take this opportunity and convey my deepest and sincerest gratitude to Ms. Nobukosibake Magwa for all her assistance and support during and post my accident yesterday (29th Oct 2020). Having been involved in an accident for the 1st time, one didn’t really know what to do, but she managed to calm me down and provided much needed support and guidance for which I earnestly thank her.

her support went as far as contacting me numerous times in ensuring that everything (car towed, car hired organised, info provided, and my general wellbeing) was sorted.

she truly lives and uphold the culture of customer service.
