Appealing Customer Service from Shaun at Warranty Claims

Appalling customer service from Shaun at King Price Mechanical Warranty Insurance. I submitted a claim on Monday, 13Nov 2023 the lady at call center said Shaun/Shawn was my claims agent and that he would contact me to process my claim. By Wednesday 15th Nov 2023 I still haven't heard from Shaun, didn't even reply to any of the 5 emails I sent to followup. I called and spoke to this Shaun/Shawn character, so rude and undignified, argued with me and refused to put me through to his supervisor. I'm already looking for a new insurer, I'm so disappointed with King Price.
