Appalling service from King Price Insurance

<p>On 23/12/16 upon taking delivery of our new vehicle, my grandmother took out an insurance policy with King Price and cancelled it the next day because my grandfather had already bundled everything up with his existing home insurance. On 24/12/16, I spoke to Siyabonga Khumalo (a team leader) and advised him that my grandmother wishes to cancel the policy; and by the end of the call, Siyabonga Khumalo assured us (my grandmother and I) that the policy was cancelled. On 11/02/17 there was a debit from King Price; I called the King Price call centre and spoke to Gadhafi who advised that we should go to the bank and reverse the debit and that he will cancel the policy, AGAIN, on his side. On 20/01/17, there was another debit of R667 and on 13/02/17 a debit of R1600</p> <p>I have been very patient and tolerant with King Price and now I am fed-up with King Price **********ly debiting my grandmothers accounts; reversing every debit every debit order and being charged R50 by the bank for every reversal.</p> <p>We regret calling King Price and would NOT advise anyone to take insurance with King Price.</p>
