Appalling service delivery from King Price
Service delivery is really bad. I have changed my home address after a relocation, still no amendments to my policy. Further, trying to cancel my policy as the insurance is so expensive, but after speaking to a consultant who referred my query to the "relevant department" on 7 April 2021, still no feedback. Attempted the live chat option, and once again being referred to the "relevant department". Apparently there is a turn around of 24-48 hours... Yet it seems 8 days later turn around is still not possible. Absolutely shocking. Would not recommend to anyone seeking insurance.
