Appalling service

Submitted a cellphone claim in November 2022 and the consultant handling my claim was Sone. The most arrogant and unpleasant consultant who consistently failed to apply her mind throughout the entire process - yet she claims to be a senior consultant. If this is the calibre of senior personnel King Price has, I can only imagine how i'll-informed their junior consultants are. My claim was eventually approved 2 months later after I disputed her initial decision to reject it. What a waste of time.
