APPALLING SERVICE
King price towed my vehicle from where it was on the 7th of January and I never got any feedback until I started calling. Today is the 21st of January and I have only received 1 phone call giving me an update and this was after numerous calls to them. Their assessor called to provide feedback on the assessment and advise that I must still expect a call from my insurance for a detailed feedback/ outcome of my claim and this was 4 days ago but I still haven't heard from king price....... Right now I'm sitting here not knowing what happening with my car.
