Appalling Service

Made a phonecall on behalf of my parents to this insurance, keeping in mind that this is my very first time dealing with these people. So called the 1st time and i get passed from pillar to post and EVENTUALLY landed up at the most UNHELPFULL, Disrespectful \Service Agent"Who screams at me because im asking her simple questions. <br> <br> Now im not really expecting ANY feedback from you guys as i read through ALL of your complaints made on Hello Peter already.
