Apart from the consultant calling me by my second name

Apart from the consultant calling me by my second name. He has really been a great help. Quite a bit of time gets spent on the phone which I didn’t quite like, but because of how engaging the consultant is it doesn’t feel too bad but I think it can be streamlined further. 1 or 2 questions were repetition but overall satisfied with the experience.
