I need a quote on adding something to my current policy. The first time I called i was helped by a friendly lady but she Couldn't assist as I didn't have enough info. I got more info. Called again and was assisted by another friendly agent but I still need a bit more info. The third time I called I was assisted by Anriette Viljoen. She went the extra mile to assist me. She called the dealership to get the exact Info needed. She was so patient and didn't let me think for once I was a pain the butt (even though I know I was). Anriette Viljoen you are definitely an asset to the company.
