Consequently I waw hospitalised for 5 days. My colleagues contacted King price on my behalf the Friday I was discharged. But a promise to contact me was made but didn't matermaterialise and my numerious calls and dealing with different agents my attempts to lodge were in vain.<br> <br> Elmarie came to my rescue, not only was she professional but also reasonable and a good listener. She apologised on behalf of her colleagues and took responsibility by resolving my query without pointing fingers. I salute her for listening to my story.
