Annoyed

Talk about terrible service. I've been calling the whole of last week just wanting to cancel my insurance. "Royal greetings" and nothing more. I was told that I'd be put through to Retention's which seems to always be unavailable. From calls, to emails, to online chats and still haven't received a call back, or any form of communication with regards to this cancellation whole week later. Yet the debits don't seem to be taking this long. Again my account will be debited tomorrow and will probably take the entire year to be reversed because I've BEEEEENNNN Requesting for a cancellation. This is pathetic honestly. I wouldn't recommend King Price Insurance to ANYONE.
