Angry as hell

Just ove a month ago I wrote such a nice review of King price, just to come back give a bad one. After my conversation with a certain call center agent, they were gonna call me back from retention to offer me a better deal since I've been with them for 7 years but guess what, they never called me back since then. Oh and to top it all off they debited my account again after I already signed up with the other insurer and them well knowing that I cancelled with them. Now how the hell does that work? Now I must pay two insurers.
