****** and unfair treatment
I had a terrible weekend because of king price insurance. I was on my way to Rodepoort Johannesburg but my journey ended just 48 kilometers from kroonstad. I phoned the insurance to notify them that my car has a breakdown. So I was supposed to be in joburg before 8 but unfortunately the consultant just told me they are not working 24/7 on the other department. I requested a courtesy car but the consultant said no one will answer the call but in the morning I should call them. Before that the consultant phoned the towing people and all of sudden I've been told that they multiplyed the kilometers by two and of which I was told that where I am must not exceed 60 to my destination. So as I've said that I was 48 kilometers from kroonstad but the consultant said I'll have to pay R560 because the towing guy us from parys. So o did ask why the couldn't call someone from kroonstad but the answer was no one answered.
So the painful thing is that no call I've received from this insurance till now and the question is are they going to fix my car? That's the story to tell

In south africa if you are not well known you'll always struggle. If this has happened to the mec or well known person this insurance won't hesitate to arrange everything but because of I'm not well known that's why the don't care.

24 Nov 2025, 08:44There is no need to proceed with you anymore so I'm definitely canceling my policy with you because till now no call I've received from your department as boipelo the consultant told me that she escalated the matter to the courtesy department but till now to show that this company treat people like trash no effort has been made tell your department to give me a call to cancel the the contract. As for boipelo the consultant I wish her all the luck and I wish her to apply for a new job that pays well because she accommodated my feelings and she is the the only person knows how to takecare of clients. So unfortunately she needs a proper job indeed because her experience talks a lot. She even gave me a call in morning around pass seven to me if I am okay. 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘She must consider applying for other institutions rather than waisting time at this company.
