I am beyond disgusted with the service I’ve received from King Price. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. As a loyal client, I trusted the company to provide quality service, but I have been let down at every turn. The experience I’ve had has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to share the details of this ordeal.

1- *********** Assessor: The assessor assigned to my case, Jacques du Toit, has been completely ***********. His handling of my claim has been unprofessional and unacceptable. His lack of professionalism and inability to handle the situation properly is deeply concerning.

2 - Terrible Management: The manager, Philip, is even worse. I have sent repeated emails requesting reports, call recordings, and answers to my questions regarding the repairs, yet Philip refuses to respond. How is someone with this level of negligence even a manager? It’s clear that King Price’s leadership is failing, and this incompetence filters down to the rest of the team. Philip has failed to respond to my emails. This level of negligence from a manager is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the company’s leadership.

3 - Poor Repair Standards: My vehicle was sent to Nuwagon Autobody, one of King Price's repair partners, and it was returned to me with an overheating issue. The repair work is rushed, substandard, and completely unacceptable. King Price’s partners are clearly more focused on speed than quality, and no one is taking responsibility for their poor work. How is it acceptable for a repair partner of King Price to deliver such low-quality work?

4 - Unacceptable Delays: It has been almost three months, and I am still waiting for a proper response or resolution. The lack of urgency and care from King Price is appalling.

5 - False Promises: King Price likes to claim they treat their clients as "Royals," but my experience has shown the exact opposite. They don’t care about their clients, their service is terrible, and their partners are *************.

I would never recommend King Price to anyone. They are quick to sign you up, but when you actually need assistance, they are nowhere to be found. This service is completely unacceptable. I am now considering taking this matter to the Ombudsman because it’s clear that King Price refuses to take accountability for their failures.

If you’re looking for an insurance company that values its clients and delivers on its promises, look elsewhere. King Price's service and standards are the worst I’ve experienced.
