An Investment to the retentions department
A lady by the name of Lindo from retentions...what an investment. Please do not let her go and also kindly give her raise. Knows how to speak to clients and also keep them. You are a breath of fresh air. I was ready to cancel my clients but she handled that call with such calmness.
