Amazing service in difficult time

<p>I was another one of the lucky South Africans who fell victim to a house ******* which left us feeling angry and helpless. One of the first thought that went through my mind was how difficult this whole process was going to be with the insurance company because my previous insurance company had left a very bad taste in my mouth. The initial phone call was a little testing as it took a fair amount of time to complete but I understand that there are many things that need to be checked. I was allocated a Claims assessor by the name of Pierre Klopper who would be coming to the house to go through the entire claim and validate all that was taken. Pierre was an absolute star and went throough everything in detail and helped us through the entire process by calling at every satge of the claim and following up at every new event reached. My claim has been covered and Pierre phoned me to explain each and every item and option available to me which is always appreciated. I must commend Kingrice and especially Pierre for his hard work and customer service. </p>
