When a TEAM MANAGER personally jumps in to assist in sorting out a problem with a third-party supplier, then you know you are dealing with a professional who values his clients.

Kushen Govinder assisted me in sorting out a complaint I had with the vehicle tracking device provider. Out of his own accord, he offered his assistance, and ensured that the necessary was sorted out quickly – even though it was not his (or even King Price’s) responsibility.

That is the level of service and commitment you want from your insurance company.

He also assisted in updating fields on my policy document that recently changed, instead of referring the matter to someone in the call centre.

These are the actions of a Team Manager who takes his job seriously; and places value on the contentment of the client. It has been such an incredible pleasure dealing with him, and he is definitely a phenomenal asset to King Price.
