Amazing service from King Price - Koketso and Simon

The level of professionalism and amazing service I have received from Koketso Tshabalala and Simon Scott is unparalleled. From a seamless onboarding process 2 - 3 months ago with Koketso, with an amazing premium (this after I had an accident) to me emailing him yesterday asking him to reduce my premium (I was chancing, I knew that I am still new with them and they had already given me a good premium). he called in 5 minutes and transferred me to Simon. Simon, who already had my details and knew what I wanted, didn't even ask any uncomfortable questions, he understood that I was in a financial situation. He made me feel so much more at ease and dropped my premium to way less than I had expected. I have never received service like this anywhere else. No regrets!
