Amazing service from King Price Insurance

I received excellent service from Michelle Thomas-Smith, I waited longer than expected for feedback on a claim I submitted on my BMW 135i. Michelle explained to me the process and the reasons why I waited longer for feedback on the claim, she was very professional and down to earth at the same time. You could see her smiling through the phone and her tone calming and relaxing. She was clear and conscience, have a sense of humour. I forgot I wanted long for a claim response. I appreciate the service received from King price and the service I received ffrom the assessor Warren Abrahams.
