Amazing service

About two months ago I reviewed my policy with King Price. My installment dropped to almost R1000 per month. Amazing because of the Covid-19. Three months later came the shock. My policy went up with almost R400 with the yearly review. I phoned in and spoke the a lady called Yolandi that assisted me. Her computer went offline and said she will call me again the following day. Low and behold before she could have phoned me back the following day I received the amended policy via emial stating that it has been resolved. Not to what I wanted it to be but was much lower than the R400 increase initially. Amazing service from Yolandi De Goede and I would suggest to any one to switch over to King Price if not already part of King Price insurance. It is not the first time King Price assisted me. Thank you very much as this is appreciated.
