Amazing service

I chose to change my Insurance provider as I was dissatisfied with the current company. I called King Price. From the moment of initial contact it has been a pleasurable and pain free process. Due to my previous provider forcing me to give 1 months notice, I needed to delay the King Price policy start by 1 month. I called and advised and was assured that it was not problem. Unfortunately the communications wasnt great, and the debit order went through my account. Today I phoned and spoke to Andre Potgieter who completly understood the predicament I was in, proceeded to cancel the King Price Policy, and reinstate it to start end of May, assured me that they would pay me back my installment, and on top of that noted that my excess was very high. He reduced my excess SUBSTANTIALLY, AND kept my premium at the same price. I am gob smacked by the amazing service recieved today. Thank you Andre Potgieter, you are a pleasure to deal with.
