The saying -an ins com is tested when its time to claim-is applicable in my instance-having an accident is never pleasant-traumatic in fact-accident reports paperwork etc- time consuming yet neccessary-my ins claim consultant service is unbelievable-he kept me informed he processed my claim and made sure my rental car was booked-I have never had some one go out of their way as he has-i never had to chase him-as is the case normally in a claim-i knew what was going on the whole time-never had to follow up with him-he is an asset to his company-what a pleasure it is dealing with ppl who seriously care about their clients-nd not just when they r collecting their monthlyy premiums-as normally happens with ins companies-i believe his motto with his clients are-your wish is my command-awesome service from a caring man-
